Hi I'm Dawson, I am located in Nanaimo BC on Vancouver Island. I believe in the paranormal, ghosts, spirits and entities.

 

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. As a small business, I pride myself on personal attention and dedication to every detail. My approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything I do reflects my commitment to excellence.

I offer general medium readings as well. Pets are often sensitive to spiritual disturbances, and their well-being can be deeply affected by negative energies in a home or surrounding environment.

 

I can bring all my stuff, my crystals, pendulum board, lavender, San Pablo stick and sage to someone's home or office/ business. We can also arrange something virtually depending on what you are comfortable with and or the service.

 

I have heard spirits tell me things, felt them. My adopted dad  several years after passing touched my right shoulder one night saying "its OK, I'm here". I have heard one of my ex boyfriend's a few times, seen spirits and dark shadows, had lights turn off and things move doors open or close and other experiences. I truely could go on and on.

I conduct residential, commercial, and consultation investigations tailored to our clients' needs.

I ask every client/person to read and sign and accept my Confidentiality agreement and read my Confidentiality Statement.

I also offer zoom or other social media one on one sessions. Virtual and follow up sessions.

How do you ensure confidentiality?

I prioritize my clients confidentiality and ensure that all findings and discussions remain private.

This Confidentiality Statement governs the disclosure and use of information provided to and obtained by Beyond Eternity with Dawson Paranormal Investigation ("the Investigation Team") during the course of paranormal investigations, consultations, and related activities.

"Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:

 * Personal information of clients, witnesses, and other individuals involved in investigations (e.g., names, addresses, contact details, personal experiences).

 * Details regarding the location of investigations, including private residences, businesses, or other properties.

 * Specific accounts of paranormal phenomena, including audio recordings, video footage, photographs, and written or verbal descriptions.

 * Any sensitive information disclosed by clients relating to their personal or professional lives.

 * Investigation methodologies, techniques, and findings developed or utilized by the Investigation Team.

 * Any information that is marked confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential.

2. Obligation of Confidentiality:

The Investigation Team, including its members, associates, and any individuals acting on its behalf, agrees to:

 * Maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information.

 * Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without the express written consent of the individual or entity to whom the information pertains, except as required by law.

 * Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of conducting paranormal investigations and providing related services.

 * Take reasonable precautions to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

3. Exceptions:

The obligation of confidentiality shall not apply to information that:

 * Is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the Investigation Team.

 * Is lawfully disclosed pursuant to a court order or other legal requirement.

 * Is independently developed by the Investigation Team without reference to Confidential Information.

 * Is given with written consent of the involved party.

4. Data Storage and Security:

The Investigation Team will take reasonable steps to ensure the secure storage and handling of Confidential Information, including electronic and physical data.

5. Return or Destruction of Confidential Information:

Upon completion of an investigation or upon request, the Investigation Team will, at the client's discretion, either return or securely destroy all copies of Confidential Information.

6. Acknowledgment:

By engaging the services of Beyond Eternity with Dawson Paranormal Investigation, clients and participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Confidentiality Statement.

7. Modifications:

This Statement may be modified or amended by the Investigation Team at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and participants as appropriate.

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [DATE], by and between Beyond Eternity with Dawson ("Company"), located at [COMPANY ADDRESS], and [CLIENT NAME], residing at [CLIENT ADDRESS] ("Client").

WHEREAS:

 * The Company is engaged in the business of paranormal investigations and related services.

 * In the course of providing its services, the Company may disclose to the Client, and the Client may observe or learn, confidential information pertaining to the Company's methods, techniques, findings, client information, and other proprietary data.

 * The Client desires to engage the Company's services and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Definition of Confidential Information.

"Confidential Information" shall mean all information, whether written, oral, electronic, or observed, disclosed by the Company to the Client, or learned by the Client during the course of the investigation, including but not limited to:

 * The Company's investigative techniques, methods, and procedures.

 * Data collected during investigations, including audio, video, photographic, and sensor readings.

 * The Company's findings, analyses, and interpretations of data.

 * Information relating to other clients of the Company.

 * Proprietary software, hardware, or equipment used by the Company.

 * Business strategies, marketing plans, and financial information.

 * Any personal information of the company's staff and the client.

 * Any information that would reasonably be considered confidential.

2. Non-Disclosure.

The Client agrees to:

 * Maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and not disclose it to any third party without the express written consent of the Company.

 * Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of receiving the services provided by the Company.

 * Take all reasonable precautions to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential Information.

 * Not to record or distribute any recordings, photos, or videos of the investigation without the express written consent of Beyond Eternity with Dawson.

3. Return of Information.

Upon the completion of the Company's services or upon the Company's request, the Client shall promptly return all Confidential Information in their possession, including all copies and reproductions thereof.

4. Term.

This Agreement shall remain in effect during the term of the Company's services and shall continue indefinitely thereafter.

5. Remedies.

The Client acknowledges that unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential Information may cause irreparable harm to the Company, for which monetary damages may be inadequate. The Company shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and other equitable remedies, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

6. Governing Law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

7. Entire Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

8. Severability.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9. Amendments.

This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
